Ruben Luviano has been appointed production manager at Platinum Press, Inc.’s (PPI) new packaging facility in Oakland, NJ. Mr. Luviano will oversee operations at the new 47,000-sq.-ft. multi-million-dollar facility, which has been designed to have the same capabilities as the company’s full-service pharma packaging facility in Texas.
